Constipation, Bleeding While Passing Hard Stool. Treatment?
Sir/mam I have constipation problm for 2 years. Now im having baby. After delivery when hard stool passsed its bleeding a lot. Before delivery also I had this problm. Now im using crema gel to apply the tissue bulged outside of anus. Its bleeding lot. Is it fearable one. If I use cream means its become normal with 7days. Plz answer is it fearable? Is it leads to death? Or surgery? What I will do to not having this problm?
It is fearable if you lose a lot of blood. And as you said that the tissue is bulging outside the anus, it looks most probably like hemorrhoids which might need surgery if severe enough. It could be anal fissure or tag but it needs proper examination to be sure. I would suggest to get yourself checked up by a doctor. In the meantime start eating a fiber diet to relive constipation like fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes
