Constipation, Lower Abdominal Pain, Pain In Anus On Passing Stools. Treatment?

hi i m having constipation from long time. but these days it has gone bad.I m getting intermittent pain in lower abdominal and in anus which not very frequen (1-2 times in 4-5 days but the pain is severe it will be for 4-5 seconds) while removing stool or passing gas. I have to apply a lot of pressure to pass the stool and even to pass the gas.The gas dont come out easily i have make different poses to let it out even some times i have to manually widen my anal opening to make it pass through my hand . pls advice me thnx

Thanks for query.
It seems that you are having absolute constipation.
Initially you may require enema for complete evacuation of your hard fecal material for evacuation of your loaded colon.
Then take Liquid Crimmaffin 1 table spoonful daily at night.
Take more fiber containing food.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Do regular physical exercise.
Ok and bye.

Thanks for posting query.
It appears to be due to absolute constipation.
Follow the advices properly-
1.     Initially you may require enema for complete evacuation of your hard fecal material for evacuation of your loaded colon.
2.     Then you can take laxatives
3.     Take more fibre containing food.
4.     Take plenty of water.
5.     Avoid fried and junk food.
6.     Do regular physical exercise
Consult with physician for further proper management.
