Continued Brown Spotting Instead Of Periods, Itchy Vagina During Sex. Not On Birth Control. HPT Negative. Advice
Hi I was supposed to start my period last Sunday and last Saturday I started spotting Brown and its been like this for 8 days now. I'm on no form of birth control and have sex with my husband regularly. My nipples are so sensitive and just yesterday and today during sex my vagina was itchy inside. I took s test and it was negative.

In case of missed period in a sexualy active female, not on any contraceptive method, pregnancy is the first diagnosis.
But you are having brown discarge and itching in the vagina
Vaginal infection is the first thing you are suffering from for which you should consult a gynae and get treatment
The other thing is that your UPT is negative and you are just having spotting per vaginum. Get an ultrasound done after consulting the doctor which may give you the clear picture regarding pregnancy status besides getting BhCG test

Itching sensation and brown discharge could be due to infection. If infection you require antimicrobial medication for infection.
Since no protected sex and no birth control pills, missed periods may be due to pregnancy. But your UPT is negative. You can get blood HCG level to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
With your symptoms I usually prefer USG abdomen and speculum examination to diagnose and based on it we can give correct treatment.
Keep genital area dry and clean. Maintain good hygiene. Wash your inner wear in hot water and sun dry. Your partner also needs to examined and treated if any genital infection.
