Continued Stains With Odor In Panties. History Of Having Hysterectomy. Problem With Cleanliness?

I have had a hysterectomy about 11 years ago. I am 41 now. All of my panties have a "stain" in them. Been this way a pretty good while. Am I just not cleaning good or what? There is an odor- but I've always felt like I've had an odor. Nothing uncommon. Just wondering what causes these stains? Even after douching, I still seem to have symptoms.

HI,
Slight colourless vaginal discharge is normal. After sex the discharge is mixed with semen, has a specific odour.
But a brown/white discharge with bad smell is due to unhygiene/infection.
You need a Gynac check up to evaluate & take the treatment needed.
