Cough More Than 3 Weeks. Taking Medication, Not Helping. Victim Of Bronchi Tie. Advice?

I was coughing for more than three weeks even taking some medication both tablets and syrup, I presume the cause of the cough may be weather change winter to summer in our case. I was victim with bronchi tie for over 12 years from now, I used to work JIM about 3-4 days in a week for many years. What would be your advice to get relieve once and for all.

Thank you so much,

Hi,
From history it appears that you might be having allergic bronchitis giving rise to this problem.
Avoid dusty and dumpy atmosphere.
Try to find out the allergen causing coughing and avoid it.
Do deep breathing exercise.
Many a time there might be Eosinophilic bronchitis giving rise to this problem, so go for tablet like Di-ethyl- carbamazine for one week.
Continue with cough suppressant syrup.
Avoid cold drink and fast food.
Ok and take care.
