my father which is 52 years old on 27 jan 2013 had sudden cough, next morning a sore throat , a little later shortness of breadth. critical numbers in his test reports are: Platelet count 0.36 Lac/cumm 1.5 - 4.0 RBC(Red blood cells) 4.12 Millions/cumm 4.6 - 6.2 Urea- Serum 101.0 mg /dl 17.0 - 43.0 Creatinine-Serum 2.1 mg/dl 0.6 - 1.2 Sodium-Serum 133.0 mmol/L 135.0 - 155.0 Potassium-Serum 5.8 mmol/L 3.5 - 5.5 Leukocytes 5 WBCs/μl 0 - 0 Bilirubin Total -Serum 11.10 mg/dL 0.10 - 1.00 Gamma GT-Serum 107.0 IU/L 8.0 - 61.0 his ECG is normal What disease he had? a physician wrote MOF(multi organ failure ) and we admited him, at hospital doctors told me he had no signs of recovery and made me sign a consent for life support medicine and blood transfusion . How would i know what was going on, my papa passed away i tihnk from medical negligence, please help me with answers.
