Cough With Yellow Phlegm, Chest Pain, Headache, Yeast Infection, Muscle Spasms, Pain. What To Do?

I have a dry painful cough, I'm light headed , stuffy nose n I'm coughin n sneezing dark thik yellow flem/snot , I have chest pains and a headache! I also acquired a yeast infection over the weekend n I been sick for about 3 days? I also have been having muscle spasms or sharp random pains in my arms legs n head? What should I do:(

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you stated in your query it seems you have got allergy with added infection.
Dry hacking cough with pain.
Stuffy nose,
sneezing,
chest pain ( due to congestion),
Head ache.
Cough is associated with phlegm, it means secondary infection, that's why there is headache and chest pain.
Muscle spasm and pain all over body is due to infection.
Consult a physician and get in blood examination with X ray chest.
For yeast infection you may take an OT C product.
