Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. If you were my patient I will advise you to have a chest xray pa view to rule out lung pathologies as when there is infection and mucus in your lung you will get such type of problems you can have nebulisation for this to get relief and after the chest xray report we can treat accordingly. Thank you.
