Coughing Giving Headaches, Tired, Difficulty In Sleeping, Fever, Pressure In Lungs. Bronchitis Or Pneumonia?
Hello, starting last Saturday, October 26, I have been coughing a lot, mostly dry cough, until it gives me headaches. I am very tired, mostly mid afternoon to evening. Difficulty sleeping. At night i usually have a fever of about 99.5F but tonight it is 101F. i am also starting to feel pressure on my lungs and slightly upset stomach, no appetite. Could it be bronchitis or pneumonia? is there any medication I can take?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
Almost 10 days passed , still there is fever after mid noon, cough, headache.
In my opinion all these symptoms may be due to .
1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination as well as clinical examination by a physician.
2 Tuberculosis , as fever evening rise from last 10 days with dry cough, headache are suggestive of early stage of tuberculosis .Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for C B C , E S R , Montox test.
3 Typhoid fever with bronchitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by Widal test with X RAY chest .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion after X ray chest and deal according to above mentioned reasons.
