Hello
Well come to health care magic
Dear patient, these black or brown coloured dots in phelgem are due to carbon particles which you inhale while smoking or after getting exposed to auto mobile smoke or other pollutants in air while you are out side your house , and the cough may be due to bronchitis as you are a chronic smoker, if you give up smoking, i hope both cough as well as phelgem along with its black or brown dot will go
Wishing you good luck for cessation of smoking
thanks
Dr Arshad
i would suggest stop active as well as passive smoking. Get your lung function test done and visit a pulmonologist who will help you with the diagnosis and treatment if any. You seem to be overweight, burn those extra kilos n eat healthy to stay fit.
