Could 20mg Zolpiderm Be Taken Twice In Same Day If Seems To Be Not Working?

If I am taking 20mg Zolpiderm and sometimes iy doesn t work for me can I wait 2 more hrs and take 2 more.I have been on this medicine for over 20 yrs and they are just not working all the time . Don t get me wrong 2 usually work and lately sometimes dont

At a dose of 20 mg, it gives the maximum effect, and above that there will be no additional benefit. As you have been using it for so long, you have probably developed tolerance to it.
At this point, it is recommended to switch over to some other drug rather than escalating to toxic doses, which can potentially produce side effects like ataxia. Consulting a sleep specialist will help.
