Could Aldactone Be The Reason For Kidney Side Pain?

I have L kidney cancer and hypertension low patassium I was put on aldactone25mg hydrochloride 25mg nifedical xr 30mg od I think it s that the aldactone is making my kidney hurt feels like the lining of my stomach is sore could it be the aldactone

I appreciate your concern for the safety of Aldactone.

The left sided kidney pain is UNLIKELY to be due to Aldactone.
Aldactone is prescribed in your case to increase the potassium level.
Beside it does not cause the soreness of the lining of the stomach.
Whereas the other prescribed drug Nifedical is also not responsible for the kidney pain.

I advise you to consult your treating oncologist to rule out other possibility of kidney pain on the affected side.
