Could Amoxicillin And Bactroban Intake Lead To A False Positive Urine Test For Cocaine?

my company gave me a urine test and it came back for cocaine which i dont do i have been taken amoxicilin for my giant siiacious welt on my back plus bactroban before that now im on anti bodies i also always took nyquil to help me sleep im not sure what to do

Yes, Amoxicillin has been linked in some studies to be able to cause a false positive for cocaine metabolites. However, there is much dispute about this fact. If you are certain that this can only be a false positive, I would demand a confirmatory test for cocaine (gas chromatography). Everyone who works with urine tests know that they routinely show false positives, therefore it is standard to do a follow up confirmatory test - especially if this can have consequences for your work life.
