Could Effexor Cause Recurrent Tinnitus And Dizziness?

I have a loud whooshing noise in my ears and/or head and I get lightheaded for a millisecond when these episodes occur. I have an ENT appoint in a week. I m traveling and beginning to get worried about this. I had vertigo several years ago. I am on Effexor and wonder if that is the cause
