Could I Be Pregnant If I Have Abnormal Bleeding And Cramps After Having Sex?

My period was 2weeks late, and then finally came, though im very regular. But, it was different this time. I usually have it heavy/chunky at first and the last two days light, my period lasts for 5days. This time it wasn't really chunky, it was bright red and mild for 3 days and the last two days were light and brown. Now I just got my period last Saturday, and it was suppose to end on Wednesday. Wednesday it stopped till me and my bf had sex and it is a light pink/orange discharge; only when I wipe and my urine doesn't burn nor does it smell. A slight cramp every couple of days, im tired, and have been hot. the thing that gets me the most was the fact i missed my period for two weeks and then this happens and this never happens. i don't have insurance to see the doctor right this second but I need to know if something bad is going on. Could I be pregnant, a cyst, std, cancer, infection, and so on? Please help.

They symptoms you are describing do not necessarily mean you are pregnant. you can confirm by performing a urine or blood pregnancy test.
As far as infection is concerned it is commonly associated with fever and pus discharge depending on what organism caused infection. you give history of being hot assuming it is fever so it might be mild infection. To rule out cyst or cancer you will need to get a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound done. It might simply be that you had some trauma while sexual intercourse.
To be on the safe side you should avoid sexual intercourse for a few days, keep observing for any pus or blood discharge.
take tablet ceftriaxone 1g twice a day and tablet metronidazole 500 mg three times a day for a wide antibacterial cover. Also take 2 tablets of paracetamol if u feel feverish. Visit your nearest GP at earliest if your symptoms do not settle.
