Could I Be Pregnant With Negative Urine And Blood Test And With Breast Tenderness?

Could I be pregnant @ 7 weeks with negative urine and blood test??? My last period was September 17-23 and it was pretty light all the way thru (I am used to 8-9 day periods with pretty heavy flow for 4-6 days and hardly no cramping and I have NEVER had breast tenderness/pain). My periods are irregular in the sense that they either come at the very beginning of the month or the middle of the month. Roughly 2-3 weeks ago I started feeling nauseous to the point it would wake me up from sleep. At this same time my breasts for the first time in my life started hurting. My areola is darker, my nipples are pointy(???) almost all the time (we have breast cancer in my family so I keep a close track of my breasts). I have been very tired, random cramping on my sides (tummy area) headaches, and pretty much all the norm symptoms. I took a hpt 1 week ago and it was negative. Then yesterday I went to urgent care and they did a pee test + blood test and both were negative. They told me I probably just have a uti. I am very uncomfortable not knowing. :/
