Could I Contract HIV From Contact With Contaminated Blood Through Healing Cuts On Fingers?

Hello, a person i know had a nose bleed while we were drunk and I suspect that the person is hiv positive due to many posible reasons, so i decided to clean a drop of blood on the floor after 40 secs with toilet paper, and another on the bathroom in about 1 min after and it also was with toilet paper, i had small cuts on my fingers for about 2 weeks and they were healed or almost healed, is there any possible that i could have got the infection?

Hello,

Having just some almost healed cuts and cleaning the blood with the toilet paper, shouldn't be of any concern about HIV because there is no risk for HIV transmission. It needs a direct contact with a blood from a large wounds to exist the risk.
