Could I Have Contracted HIV From Patient Blood Contact If I Had Minor Cuts On My Hands And Washed Them Immediately?

Hello doctor I m a nurse and while working at the hospital I got in direct contact with the blood of a patient which I later found out that was Hiv positive. I dont remember having an active bleeding wound on my fingers, but I might have small cuts from cooking or torn cuticules. After the contact I washed my hands whith running water. Could I have contracted Hiv virus from this patient? Thank you in advance
