Hi dear!

Your two problems seem to be different problems. Let me answer them separately.

The dizziness you are having, increased by change in position and movements of head does not seem to be due to pregnancy but seems to be due to the vestibulitis. It is a condition wherein the inner compartment of the ear is swollen due to common cold or so. This compartment contains an apparatus which maintains the balance of the body. Some anti-histaminic and antibiotics for about a week's period will give you relief.

If you are four weeks over due for your period, by now, the urine pregnancy test should be conclusive. If still it is negative, the chances of pregnancy seem to be very poor. Still, get it confirmed by ultrasonography. If it reveals that you are not pregnant, please report to the Gynaecologist to find out the cause for missing a period. Following could be the reasons:

1. Pregnancy outside the uterus: Usually the urine pregnancy test is weak positive.
2. Stress of unwanted pregnancy
3. Hormonal imbalance due to conditions like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
4. Viral Infection which has caused vestibulitis.

The Gynaecologist should look into your case now.

I hope you have got the guidance for your both the problems.
