Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Stomach Bloating And Nausea Along With Negative UPT?

I had unprotected sex a little over a month ago. I began having severe cramps, ankle pains, night time nausea, major bloating, cravings and tender breasts. I took a cheap pregnancy test after I realized my period was three or four days late. It came back negative. It turned into a positive after an hour. I took a first response test and it came back negative. The next day I had spotting then very suddenly a heavy flow with clots. Could I have had a miscarriage?

HI,
I understand your concern.
The symptoms you had are possible in absence of pregnancy .. due to certain hormonal imbalance/ illness
4-5 days delay in period is too early to have confirmatory report by pregnancy test.
You had bleeding after 6 days of period. So it's not possible to opine about pregnancy in such circumstances. It may be
Delayed / irregular period OR an early conception turning into abortion.
Probably immediate HCG testing can demonstrate raised HCG .. supporting possibility of pregnancy & abortion.
* You should observe your coming menses .. & consult a gynecologist if you find them irregular to get them corrected.
