Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Swollen Breast Along With Negative UPT? 

Hi doctor, Lately I ve been feeling pregnant. I don t have many of the symtoms but my friend said that it s still a possibility. I feel like my breast did get bigger but are not tender. When lying down, I ll press on my tummy just below my belly button and a slight bit lower and it feels firm. It ll also start to hurt. My menstraul cycle is really irregular, I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but I could ve done it too early. The last time I was sexual with my boyfriend he went half way and pulled out. He did pre ejaculate. Could I be pregnant?

I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.
These are not specific signs of pregnancy.

To be pregnant, 2 criteria should be fulfilled:
1. Fusion of sperm with ovum to form a fertilized ovum.
2. Implantation of the fertilized ovum in the Uterus.
As per details your cycle is irregular so we can not comment on ovulatory days and there was no ejaculation as well.
You can wait till you get your periods.
If they are delayed more than three weeks, a Pregnancy test can be done to confirm it.
In case of pregnancy, it will give a positive result.
I will suggest you to avoid unprotected intercourse if you do not want pregnancy.
In case of overdue of your cycle, go for pregnancy test and consult with your Gynaecologist.
