Could I Take Galantamine While On Amyloban To Control Dementia From Worsening?

I JUST READ ABOUT GALANTAMINE AS HELPFUL WITH ALZHEIMER TYPE DEMENTIA. I HAVE BEEN TAKING AMYLOBAN 3399 I READ ABOUT IN THE HEALTH SCIENCES INSTITUTE BOOK MIRACLES FROM THE VAULT. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR THE PAST YEAR. I AM ON A MAINTENANCE PROGRAM TO KEEP FROM GETTING DEMENTIA OR WORSE. IS IT BEST TO ONLY TAKE ONE OF THESE ?

Amyloban 3399 is an edible mushroom, being used traditionally in Chinese medicine system for cognitive impairments. Though, it has not been approved by FDA for specific treatment of dementia, still being used off label for cognitive deficiencies including dementia. However, Galantamine is a cholinesterase inhibitor drug, that improves the nerve cell functions in the brain.

This drug has been approved by FDA for mild to moderate Alzheimer's type dementia. With due reservations, I will like to advise to use Galantine alone, or along with your maintenance program. Moreover, I will also advise you to use this drug alone or with Amyloban 3399, strictly under guidance of your treating doctor.
