Could Luperide Injection Effect Fetus If Already Pregnant?
My age is 30, height is 163 cms, weight is 64 kg, I have endometriosis and my doc has advised me to take a Luperide injection on the 23rd day of my cycle, just wanted to check if this will have any affect if I happen to get pregnant normally during this cycle?

Lupride injection contains leuprolide that is used in the treatment of prostate cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, central precocious puberty etc. It is contraindicated in pregnant women or women who may get pregnant. If Lupride injection is used during pregnancy or if someone gets pregnant while using this medication, should beware of the potential harmful effect to the upcoming baby.
It may cause birth defects, spontaneous abortion or loss of the baby when administered to a pregnant woman. If someone gets pregnant while using Lupride injection, then she should inform her prescribing doctor immediately.
