Could Methamphetamine Use Cause Severe Pain And Irregular Movement In My Left Testicle, Possibly Due To Twisting Or Another Issue?

I smoked meth. My left testicle is rising up and down in my scrotim and hurts incredibly bad. I also believe it may have twisted . When i lay down my nuts go normal but when ivatand my scrotum shri ks like a brain and my nuts get knto an awkward pisition

Use of meth has a negative effect on fertility. It causes abnormal sperm morphology, apoptosis, testicular pain. Get connected to a detox center so that you can successfully quit meth usage. Your symptoms are indicative of testicular torsion. Other conditions that cause similar symptoms are orchitis, epididymitis, trauma, prostatitis, inguinal hernia, etc.

Get clinically examined by a urologist. Get required tests and investigations done. If underlying medical condition is detected, it will be treated. Testicular torsion can become an emergency condition if neglected. Neglect may lead to reduced blood flow, testicular swelling and permanent atrophy of testicles. Get evaluated, get treated.
