Could Mirena Cause Shortness Of Breath?
I have a question regarding the mirena IUD. I got it inserted at the end of August. About a week later, I got a virus and subsequently bronchitis. A week after that, I had my first asthma attack in 10 years. I have had chest X-rays and a ct scan of my sinuses in the past two weeks. Both negative for anything. I have had difficulty breathing, tightness in my chest, and constant shortness of breath. Could the Mirena be causing the shortness of breath?

mostly cause for your breathlessness and chest tightness could be due to asthma.
Use your asthma pump if it is relieved after that then it's asthma.
if persistent needs clinical examination with physician.
