Could PCOS Cause Excessive Sweating And Body Pain?

I am 26 years old and I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 17 after consulting a doctor as my periods had stopped for more than 6 months. They have never been regular since I started puberty but I was worried anyway as I was having other strange symptoms as well.

I started having excessive excessive generalized sweating along with mild to moderate body odour at the time of puberty to the point where I cannot wear dresses etc, coloured clothes as sweat is literally pouring off my body and I cannot stand the heat at all... I lived in the Caribbean until I moved to the UK at 21. Sweating included, hands, groin, feet, head slightly.

I’ve been on the pill until recently when I came off of it as I was trying to conceive 2 years ago. In the first yr I was off the pill my period came 4 times. In the second yr they stopped completely and I developed horrid unpleasant underarm and vaginal odour that I cannot get rid of no matter how much I bathe, wash, scrub with antibacterial soaps etc.... My face and hair is also now extremely oily to the point where I a, constantly wiping grease off my nose and I have to wash my hair everyday to keep it clean as it gets smelly and the scalp itchy very quickly. While I was on the pill these symptoms were manageable but now they are not and I am so tired of dealing with them all. I also now sweat non stop all the time if I’m getting dressed everywhere, my chest is soaking my stomach... and I’m also now experiencing drenching night sweats but only my head, neck, shoulders, back, chest sweat when I’m asleep.

I think these events are related to the fact that I stopped taking the pill and the hormone imbalanced caused by PCOS went unchecked. However, no doctor seems to believe me! I’ve been to a gynaecologist and they cannot find any vaginal infections, I don’t have HIV, no blood infections nothing they’ve found could be causing an odour. The Endocrinologist is also indicating that she doesn’t believe that these symptoms are related to PCOS or the hormone imbalance at all and is currently looking into whether or not I have an endocrine tumor.... She indicated my LH levels are high. I started back on the pill 4 months ago but this is not going down. My understanding of reading any and everything relating to this condition online is that the high LH leads to the ovaries overproducing testosterone and to me this could be causing this horrid body odour. I also have a bitter taste in my mouth that developed that I cannot get rid of no matter how much I brush my teeth and I brush my teeth about 3 times a day and this does not help so I now have mouth odour as well on top of everything else. This is severely disrupting every aspect of my life, I have no friends, the smell has gotten slightly better since I started the pill again but it’s still horrid. I don’t know what to do anymore when my doctors won’t even give me an anti androgen because I don’t have acne but my face and hair/scalp is ridiculously oily..... I just need help someone to look at the problem objectively and whether or not the pcos hormone imbalance/excess testosterone can cause all these symptoms in a woman, there are lots of other posts online from women with PCOS complaining about hard to control body odour and excessive sweating and also complaining that their doctors don’t take them seriously and said there is no way PCOS can be causing this... I’m seriously tired and I don’t have a life so if you can somehow look into this issue, maybe do a study on PCOS women experiencing these symptoms to raise awareness of this or have any suggestions on how I can improve my quality of life I will be very grateful.
