It is used to treat and prevent a wide range of bacterial infections. Pencom Injection Side-effects include: Swelling of the tissues in kidney, Serum sickness, severe allergic reactions, Muscle pain, Joint Pain, Abnormal decrease in white blood cell count, Convulsions and Chills. However, this medication affecting sperm count has not been reported. Also, most of these side effects are possible, but do not always occur. There might not be an effective medication available to treat your disorder with alternative medicines.
