Could Phentermine Be The Cause For High BP?

I stopped phentermine 4 weeks ago when BP went to 152/90. It s now 127/90 and as low as 127/85 Working on diet and excersise, can phtermibe still be effecting BP 4 weeks later? I m 53, blood pressure was always at 120/80 until phentermine for 9 months
