Could Udiliv Be Causing Loss Of Appetite While Having Grade 2 Fatty Liver?

Hi I have been taking udiliv 300 tablet 2wise daily as prescribed by my doctor. Also I take laxative at night for smooth passage of stool. What I have observed is that I haveen going three 4 times to pass stool and also I am having loss of appetite. My ultrasound report shows only fatty lever grade 2 rest of my complete cbc and other reports are normal. Only thing is I have lost appetite.
