Could A Cold Sensation From My Nose To Chest When Breathing Be Related To Reflux Or Anxiety?

Hello Doctor.3 months ago i had fever and cough for some days.It all passed away now I don’t have fever i don’t have cough.But in this moment i feel a cold aria in my nose and chest like it’s winter,and i feel it more when i breathe.Sometimes when i forget I don’t notice that.There are days where i feel that and days where i don’t feel to much.This cold feeling were present in my body some weeks ago like a day but now in this moment i have two weeks with that.I also suffer from reflux gastro-intestinal but i have two weeks i notice that the burning of this reflux is more than before(before i had sometimes) now i have every night. I suffer also by stress and anxiety.I had to much symptoms in my body and i always think i have a disease when i feel something.Due to the stress i make respiratory exercises for breathe and calm but they are more forced than normal.I don’t have any symptom only i feel this cold when i breathe from the nose till the chest.What it should be please could you help me? Thank you.
