Could A Delayed Period Be Due To A Pregnancy?

Hi, I had a late period of 64 days and took two pregnancy tests both negative one around 50 and one the day before my period. Since then I had two periods both on my same messed up cycle of around 40 days. Am I just freaking out about nothing or could I be pregnant.

Hi dear thanks for writing to Healthcare Magic!!
First of all i advise you to get the pregnancy ruled out by going under USG for confirmation. For delay periods the possible causes includes cyst, tumour, endometriosis, fibroid, cervical or uterine pathology you must consult your gynaecologist once and get your infertility profile checked such as FSH,LH, estrogen and progesterone level. Also to check for other cause such as diabetes and thyroid problem get your blood sugar, insulin and thyroid profile. done.
Hope this information helps
Thanks and regards
