Could A Delayed Period With Arm Pain Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

hi..i had unprotected sex on 29th dec 2009,and my periods were on 13th december 2009.my next periods came on 11th jan 2010 and lasted for 4-5 days.they were like the usual ones and not as can be described like implantation bleeding.i have a 30 day regular cycle.but dis month,till today,ie-17 th feb ,i havent got my periods...iam extremely worried...pls help me..also i have got a pain in my left arm severely from the last 1-1.5 weeks...not ny other symptoms of pregnancy..took 2 homemade preg. tests but both negative..can i be pregnant?????if nto then y r my periods late??????plss help me out............

Hi Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As you have missed your February periods, and two pregnancy tests are negative, then you can very well assume that you are not pregnant.

In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

3 ) With confirmed negative report for pregnancy, you can simply wait for the onset of periods or induce the periods with progesterone tablets. Your treating doctor can guide you further about the doses and withdrawal bleeding of the same.
