What would a mild prominence of the proximal right ureter and the right ureter can be followed up to mid pelvis. More distally the ureter cannot be followed. There is a small calcification density in the region of the ureterovesical junction. This is approximately 2 mm in greater diameter and could represent a distal ureteral Stone.
