Hi! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
If I were your doctor, after a clinical assessment of the lumps on your body, I would also advise for a FNAC of the lump for a cytological diagnosis and an excision biopsy if need be for a confirmation. In addition to the blood work up already done for you, I would also advise for an ultrasound of abdomen, and an X ray chest as supportive diagnostic tools. Further management would depend on the clinical assessment and investigation reports.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
