Could A Tiny Brown Raised Spot On My Genitals Be A Genital Wart Or Seborrheic Keratosis?

27M here | Middle Eastern Exposure in April: Happy Ending Massage at a parlour (hand to genital) with no prior sexual encounter. I suspect that I noticed a very tiny brown raised spot in either May or June. 100% sure it was there in July/August. Is there any way to find out about what it is like I want to know whether it is high/low HPV or something benign?
