Could Absence Of Semen Discharge After Orgasm Be A Side Of Taking K Mac Syrup And Urimax D For Kidney Stone?
Dr I am taking K mac syrup 10ml everyday night after meal for kidney stone.And Urimax D for for the past 15 days.I don t find the semen discharge after orgasm.Is this side effect of the medicines?Please kindly advise , should I stop stop taking the medicine? Raj

Please discuss with your urologist if you can come off this medication.
