Could Autoimmune Hypothyroid Disease Lead To Bleeding From Nipples?
My daughter brought me her bra and showed me that there was a small amount of dried blood where her nipple sits in it. She has auto-immune hypo thyroid disease, but they took her off of her medicine last summer because her levels were good. She is 17 years old; she is also 5' 2" and 83lbs.

No, auto immune hypothyroid does not cause bleeding from the nipple.
It might just be dry cracked skin. Try applying some moisturizer. If it still doesnt settle, she might need to see a dermatologist.
