Could Back Surgery Cause The Head To Tilt Towards Right Shoulder?
My mother in law is 85 and had back surgery, having air pumped in and cement filled. She now has her head tilted to her right shoulder. Can this be corrected and was it caused by surgery. She has osterperosis and alteimers and has lost her will to live. My wife is heartbroken.
Probably it may not be related to the surgery. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Give head rest or cervical soft collar for support. If symptoms have not improved, please consult with your neurosurgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
