Could Bathroom Accidents Be Due To Neglect Or Some Other Abuse?

My 3 year old daughter was having frequent bathroom accidents when she was at her grandparents house. Since getting a new baby sitter, she has not had any accidents unless her grandma or dad come by to see her. Is this a sign of neglect or some other kind of abuse?

Thanks for asking on HealthCareMagic. It could definitely be a sign of abuse. It would be better to play safe and keep the child in the care of some other caregiver like the new baby-sitter. Inform the authorities if you get any definite proof of it being child abuse but not otherwise.
