Could Birth Control Harm The Fetus If Pregnant?

Female, 33 Last cycle Nov 4th. on Lo Loestrin Fe for 3 months. Nurse Practitioner said common to miss a cycle while on birth control and continue birth control. I vomited last week and have had persistant gagging most mornings and a sensitive gag reflex to odors during the evening. I have had 3 negative pregnancy test so I have continued birth control as directed. Can this harm an unborn baby if I am pregnant...unsure of what to do...I definitely feel that I am pregnant.

dear patient ,the pill you are taking is a type of oral contraceptive pill. yes of course its very common to miss the cycle when you are on these pills. but if you already have 3 pregnancy tests negative ,there is nothing to worry. you can feel like you are pregnant because these pills are capable of producing pregnacy like symptoms like fatigue , nausea , headache ,weight gain etc. to avoid these try taking the pill at bedtime.dont worry and you can contact us anytime you feel like.
