Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain altered taste in mouth can be seen during fever while irritation inside mouth also known as Stomatitis as well as bitter taste is a common side effect of antibiotics and taking Ofloxacin that is an antibiotic can very much cause these symptoms..
You need not to worry as it is a temporary condition and will gradually improve..
I would suggest you to gargle with a flavoured mouthwash to improve taste..
You can chew flavoured sugarfree chewing gums and suck tart candies and both will improve saliva flow as well as improve taste..
You should drink plenty of water as it will help in rapidly flushing off the antibiotic from body and relieve the symptoms as well as maintain hydration..
Eat well to get better soon..
In case if there is irritation in mouth and its painful or sore you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Avoid spicy food and take a soft diet..
Maintain agood oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
