Could Bleeding Due To Unprotected Intercourse Be A Sign Of Pregnancy?

I had forgotten to take my birth control 2 days in a row and I took both on the third day in the morning and took 1 at night. That same day that I had taken 2 pills in the morning I got my period, which I don't think I should've gotten. I was only bleeding that day. I had also had sex those 2 days that I didn't take my birth control. Could I be pregnant?

I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1)First of all do not panic.

2) Firstly, I want to tell you that your bleeding was due to irregular intake of your birth control pills. So it was a kind of withdrawal bleeding and your periods.

3) As a gynec doctor I usually advise my patients to take the forgotten pills as early as possible, and continue with rest of the pills.
And when more than 2 pills are missed then it is advisable to use some other method of contraception,like condom.

4) If you had unprotected sex on those 2 days of missed pills and there after , I will suggest you to complete the pill pack and wait for the periods. In case you miss your periods, please get morning's first sample checked for pregnancy.
