Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- GERD with Bloated Abdomen. Dear, the Gastritis caused with / or accompanied with-lung infection lately,has aggravated with steroids over a time lately. this has caused gastritis with bloating of stomach, which gives you a feeling of Bubble in the lungs. Don t worry there is no- other causes like - emphysema/ pneumothorax. But you need to check out with Physician to rule out -hiatal hernia, which may cause similar complaints. Accompanied IBS with D need to be ruled out also. Breathing difficulty is from compression of lungs from bloated stomach, compromising on the Lung Volumes and resultant less Ventilation and oxygenation.
