hello
welcome to hcm
well you are actually suffering from APD i.e ACID PEPTIC DISEASE which is causing all the symptoms you have described but dont worry, its a treatable condition and can be cured with appropriate course of medicines....you require the standard course of 3 weeks with multiple drugs to get rid of your problem...if i were your treating doctor,i would have advised you to the following treatment for 3 weeks

(1) CAPSULE OMEPRAZOLE once daily before breakfast,as soon as you get out of bed in the morning

(2) TABLET RANITIDINE 2 times a day after meals i.e 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner

(3) TABLET DOMPERIDONE 10 mg 3 times a day after meals

(4) TABLET DICYCLOMINE 3 times a day after meals

(5) SYRUP DIOVOL-LA 4 teaspoons 3 times a day after meals

(6) SYRUP SUCRALFATE 2 teaspoons 3 times a day after meals

(7) STRICTLY AVOID SPICY / PROCESSED FOODS / SMOKING /ALCOHOL atleast till 3 weeks and if possible thereafter too

take care
