Could Burning In Abdomen Be Due To Ulcer?

Hi I have been using CoQ twice a day since 3 months for sperm motility. I am having nausea and severe belching problem from last one week. My doctor gave pantoacid 20 and ganaton 50 before food in the morning and evening. I had heart burns because of gas accumulation in my body from long time. I could sense burning sensation in my stomach when spicy food is taken. Could you please suggest should I go for endoscopy? Is it ulcer? What care should be taken to prevent this? Please advice. Thanks Maheswar

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

In ulcer at stomach region may cause burning sensation and discomforts.
Gastritis may cause pain at abdominal region.

H.pylori infection may cause pain , bleeding in stool and other symptoms.
Stress may lead to irritable bowel syndrom.

Stool examination is helpful in diagnosis.

Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.
Drink more water.
Take fresh fruits and green vegetables.
More fiber foods are helpful.

Proton pump inhibitor like omeprazol, rabeprazol may use in ulcerative condition in stomach.
Antacide helpful for reducing acidity.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than endoscopy for further diagnosis.

Take care.
Thanks.
