hello, my husband is going for toilet after his every meal. Its not loose motion, he does not feel any pain. But its concerned he is going 2 or 3 times per day. its very recent. My mom is cooking at home as i got pregnant. so there is a difference in cooking, could that be because of that?

Hello, Thanks for your query. Consuming too much fiber too quickly can lead to more bowel movements than normal or to frequent bowel movements. Having frequent bowel movements may be a result of eating more fiber than you usually do. Insoluble fiber adds bulk to your stool and speeds bowel movements, which can lead to more frequent bowel movements. Additionally, both types of dietary fiber stimulate bacteria in your colon and may cause an increased frequency of bowel movements, as well as gas, bloating and abdominal discomfort.
