HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This is really a matter of concern, but I would like say you that if the chemical which is being used having volatile property, and irritating in nose and eye at the time of exposure then this could be harmful, and if it hasn't such property then no need to worry about this but still using the mask is advisable, take care and have cine day.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The swollen, watery, itchy eyes may be due to the allergy to some thing. As you said may be due to chemicals at work.
The allergic conjunctivits may be due foods, clothes, wool, etc.
If it is due to chemicals, it would have been there since begening of thework as it is there since the begening of the work.
I advise you to consult an ophthalmalogist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms citrizine, cifixime, and ciprofloxacin eye drops.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
