Could Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath Be Due To Heart Problem?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...
I went to ER last week because I was having shortness of breath and rapid heartbeat with pain and pressure in chest area. They told me I was having an anxiety attack, gave me medication to relax me and a prescription for it.
Now a week later my heart hurts constantly and I get shortness of breath apisodes through out the day, especially at night. I'm worried that I could be having heart issues, even though I'm 34 , I hope I'm over reacting but I'm also constantly nauseated and had diareah all day, and always burping and I pee a lot . I don't know what to do. We're having issuance issues now and I don't knownif I should wait a couple of more days.

You should get an E.C.G done to rule out any cardiac causes. Shortness of breath may be a reason to worry. Also get your serum electrolyte s and blood sugar done
