Could Chest Tightness, Swollen Lymph Nodes In Lungs With Bad Chest X-ray And Pulmonary Functions Be Due To Inhalation Of Epoxy Glue Leak?

50 y/o Female in excellent health. Worked out 3 days/week. Exposed to epoxy glue leak in November 15,2013. November,18 in ER unable to breathe. Chest X-ray not good. Pulmonary function test not good. CAT scan shows lymph nodes in lungs swollen to 3.5cm and pressing against aorta. Lung biopsy negative for cancer and everything else. Nothing found in blood work. Now I can t walk one block without severe chest tightness. HELP Could this be a reaction to inhalation of the glue

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If your all the investigative report turned unremarkable then no possibility would remained there for any thing else, as long as the lungs are concern, only one thing you could do and that is get it done the Hemoglobin test because low Hemoglobin can cause such symptoms and if it turn low then you can start the iron therapy, hope this answer would be helpful to you, no need to worry about this, take care and have nice time.
