Could Constipation Cause Pain In Stomach?
from the past few days I am feeling stomach ache(not at a single place at random places)..is this because of constipation? when ever I have pizza I feel this and yesterday I had a heavy dinner and this morning I woke up with a mild pain in my stomach.pls suggest me..thanks

case it is more of gastritis from pizza and other heavy cholesterol
containing stuff giving stomach ache.
